About Julius Gasso, M.D., FACC:

Dr. Julius Gasso is a distinguished interventional cardiologist with over three decades of experience in advanced cardiac care. Since beginning his practice in 1989, Dr. Gasso has been a leader in the field, having completed his fellowship in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the prestigious Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida. He later served as Head of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at the Miami Heart Institute, where he advanced innovative techniques in cardiovascular intervention A former Assistant Professor of Medicine at Florida International University, Dr. Gasso has also contributed significantly to medical research as an investigator in numerous clinical trials, shaping the future of cardiac care. In 2019, he relocated to the Tri-Cities region of Southwest Virginia, bringing his extensive expertise and commitment to patient-centered care to the community. Dr. Gasso’s dedication to excellence continues to elevate the standard of cardiovascular health in the region.
