Following is the statement of Rights and Responsibilities of Patients and Residents at Clinch Valley Health. This is not intended to be an all inclusive statement of patients' rights, but an outline only. Copies of this statement will be distributed to all patients upon admission for inpatient and outpatient hospital based care.
