Clinch Valley Health has a new patient portal as of March 16, 2026. See below for information about accessing this new portal, powered by Meditech.
By registering with the Clinch Valley Health Patient Portal, you can:
- View results
- View discharge summaries
- Review medications and much more
Patients now have the option to Self-Enroll in the patient portal. Click the link below and complete the information under create account. All info entered must exactly match what is in your Clinch Valley Health patient record.
Patients may also access their health information via the Meditech MHealth App—available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, search for your state, and then choose “Clinch Valley Health” to proceed.

Until 4/30/26, patients will still have access to the old Syntellis patient portal. If you were already enrolled in the Syntellis portal and have issues logging in, please contact 1.800.851.5043.
