July 01, 2025

Team members from Clinch Valley Health participated in the Richlands Freedom Festival. This annual festival is the town's biggest event of the year.

Clinch Valley Health provided community education centering around health-focused initiatives including physical therapy services, smoking cessation resources, healthy sleep information, chest pain and heart care education and hands-only CPR demonstrations.

Chest Pain Coordinator Natasha Ramey, BSN, RN of Clinch Valley Health said, "We’re bringing the best of health & wellness straight to the community. We want everyone to learn about the helpful local services available right here at home —designed to support you in living your healthiest, happiest life."

Richlands’ Chief of Police and Town Manager Ron Holt said, "The Freedom Festival celebrates Independence Day and caps it off with a fireworks celebration, and it’s just been something that’s been widely popular with folks in western part of Tazewell County and Russell County and even Buchanan County."

The Richlands “Freedom Festival” is an annual patriotic event that attracts people from not just the Richlands area, but from around the region.
